ORDERING CONCEPTS & DEADLINE TIMEFRAMES

Alterations to current Gallery designs:

You can either choose a possible color either while ordering. Basic Colors may be listed for each item already. Some colors may not be listed or are not available. If ever a question please inquire.

Custom / Alteration:

If you do not see what you are looking for or have an idea for a custom creation, please have a look at the 'INFO' Link page. Then contact us when you are ready. Designs & pictures shown in the current Gallery sections, may only show creations pictured in one style or color, but Design Options are endless & color, stones, metal options depend on supply availability. Not all creations can be altered (ie: one of a kind is just that), but you can always inquire for a possible Custom Altered Creation. Each Alteration & Custom work, will vary from it's possible original inspiration.

MADE TO ORDER upon ORDER:

Most Creations are 'Made To Order' upon order, & design shapes, concepts, colors etc may vary per creation to retain a one of a kind quality. This means chain, bead shapes, wirework, & or color hues may differ from pictures. Each creation becomes it's own unique design & slightly vary from the next. If you have specific needs or desires as far as color or anything else, you can specify on order or email before ordering.

All orders are created in the order received.

DEADLINE:

We will do our best to fulfill most deadline requests as time allows. If you need a Rush Order (desired about 2 1/2 weeks from order placement) a Rush Order fee may need to be added from the Gallery. Unless you are ordering an already created One of a Kind piece. Some simpler designs may not need a rush order fee at all. Always inquire if ever a question of deadline.

Creation Timeframe:

Most orders can take up to 2 - 6 weeks to create (unless already created One of a Kind designs, or otherwise noted). Larger Orders, some alterations, and intricate Custom Creations could take longer. Order timeframes will be concluded once custom details are discussed. If you have a Special Event, holiday, birthday, prom or party etc, then Please specify your 'Actual Deadline' request on the order form if applicable.

RUSH ORDERS:

A side note on Orders that are NOT one of a kind creations. This includes MADE to Order/Alterations & Custom. 2 1/2 weeks may seem like enough time to receive your Rush order creation. But let me break down this time frame for you so that you understand what it involves.

For example: Let's say you place your order on a Friday & Need your piece 2 fridays from that date. Which is 2 weeks, or 14 days. Which means there are only 10 business days within that time. Creations are shipped USPS Priority mail 2-3 day. Which means at latest, your order would have to be shipped out the Tuesday before your Friday deadline. Or, Monday Before your Friday to be safe. So if your item were to be shipped by that Monday Before your Friday Deadline. That would only leave the 5 business days before your deadline to create your piece, Or pieces if you have a larger order. Weekends are not included within this timeframe, as everyone needs some time off. Now factor in the season, & other possible orders & other rush orders. This is why a $20 Rush Order fee is Requested for most Rush Order Deadline Requests. To push your order to the top. But again, if it is a Very simple design, you may not need a Rush Order. ALWAYS INQUIRE about your design FIRST if Ever a question.

{If you are out of the US, I'm sorry, but I cannot fulfill Rush Orders for overseas. Much too stressfull, let alone, we cannot be responsible for your overseas shipping post. Once it is out of the country, we have less control over shipping.}

If you need your Made to Order item within one week, then we are talking only 1-2 days to create & possibly working weekends. In other words, please try to get in your Made to Order or Alteration orders within a reasonable amount of time. I will try my best to fulfill all deadline requests for events, but I may not be able to take on all requests. PLEASE email/inquire if Ever a question of deadline for a Rush order, before placing your order. Thanks so much.

**** PALE BLUE ****
~ Soft Palest Blue Pearl (smooth)
~ Aqua Marine (Clear palest sky blue faceted & smooth)
~ Pale Blue Fluorite (Faceted)
~ Blue Topaz (beautiful Intense vibrant sky blue faceted high quality)
~ Milky Blue Onyx & Intense Blue Onyx (Faceted)
~ Blue Jade (sorta milky vibrant blue smooth)
~ Blue Calcite (more milky cloudy whiteish blueish faceted)
~ Turquoise (more Intense Sky Blue Faceted & some smooth)

~ Selinite stone ~ (new) beautiful milky-esque pastel blues... soft & slightly fiberous looking. Hard to describe, but sometimes has a sheen similar to cats eye or moonstone. Limited availabilty & only in medium larger smooth ovals for accent.
~ Kyanite Stone ~ (new) another Milky to darker Milky blue. (not too dark though). And sheen is similar to Moonstone a bit as well... as far as it looks like it wants to reflect light. a fiberous stone. Shapes vary (mostly smooth) points, small rounds, coins & some other shapes.
~ Possibly some vintage & or crystal components?

**** BLUE ****
~ Iolite blue (almost a cross between sapphire and amethyst in color... faceted & smooth)
~ Lapis (Intense dark blue mostly smooth some faceted)
~ Sodalite and Blue Aventurine (2mm balls good for teeny tiny dragonfly/butterfly)
~ Blue Aventurine (blue but slightly cloudy or streaked looking)
~ Blue Glass (Intense Cobalt & Dark Blue smooth & faceted)
~ Blue Pearls (some intensely dark & faceted)
~ Apatite stone ~ (Deep teal/blue/green) very intense color, stones are larger faceted rounds & larger Ovals (very limited & pricey with some inclusions).
~ possibly some vintage & or crystal components?

**** GREY & SILVER ****
~ Grey & Silver Pearls (mostly smooth & faceted)
~ Gray Moonstone (Faceted & smooth)
~ some small assortment greyish glass?

**** PALE GREEN ****
~ Pale Green Pearls (smooth)
~ Pale Green Aventurine (Minty green in color faceted & smooth)
~ Jade (some faceted milky green & some with more vibrant greens)
~ Pale green Glass (faceted & small & reminescent of green old depression glass from back when)
~ Phrenite (new) stone ~ sort of a lightish (some may be slightly bright) milky-ish pale green with almost darker green fibers here & there... reminiscent of a sort of Rutilated Quartz.

**** INTENSE GREEN or Vibrant Green ****
~ Peridot (can be vibrant in smooth & faceted smaller beads)
~ Southern Jade (vibrant smooth yellowish green)
~ Green Tourmaline (odd shaped medium/small beads smooth)
~ Vibrant Green Pearls (mostly faceted)
~ Shartruce / Peridot ~ More intense bright green glass & Crystals & mostly faceted.
~ Serpentine stone (Russian Jade) only available in smooth larger rounds & Much larger Briolettes. Color is an intense Moss Green with a sort of Darker almost black snake skin effect. Reminds me of Dragon skin or some earthy tree stone.
~ possibly some vintage & or crystal components?

**** OLIVE GREEN ****
~ Unakite (Olive Green & Salmon Pink mix... mostly smooth larger beads & some Fac.)
~ Olive Green Pearls (mostly faceted & some smooth)
~ Green Tourmalines (new) some odd shaped pieces
~ Peridot (smaller beads in smooth & Faceted) more of an intense Shartruce Green.
~Shartruce/Peridot ~ Crystals & Glass... (again, vibrant Peridot colors)

**** DARK GREEN ****
~ Aventurine (some small faceted discs... maybe coupla other smaller pieces)
~ Moss Agate (Mixes of Dark Forest Green veins with cloudy to fleshy mix)
~ Green Tourmalated Quartz (mostly Faceted with cloudy whiteish tone mix)
~ Malachite (Deep Intense Forest tones sometimes with stripes of darker or lighter green in smooth or faceted)
~ Deep Forest Green Onyx (mostly faceted some smooth)
~ Green Goldstone (Dark forest green with speckled smimmer sparkles in smooth triangles, tubes & small stars)

~ Pearls in Bronze, Coppery & Brown tones (Autumn tones Faceted & smooth)
~ Tiger Eye (Golden brown striped mostly smooth some fac.)
~ Glass in Dark Amber brown, Rootbeer Brown & Muted Brown (mostly Faceted)

~ GoldStone (sorta Orange/Rust colored with Smimmer sparkles in Smooth)
